Michael Duane Bjerkness

Michael Duane Bjerkness age 62 of Crosby died on June 14, 2019 at the VA Medical Center in St. Cloud. He was born on November 11, 1955 in Crosby to Duane Edward and Jean (Weitneuer) Bjerkness.  Mike was a US Navy veteran.

Mike is survived by his mother, Jean; and two brothers, Gregory (Katie) Bjerkness of Englewood, FL and Marty (Robyn) Bjerkness of Merrifield.

Preceding Mike in death is his father, Duane “Ed” Bjerkness.

A Memorial Gathering will be held at the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby on Sunday, June 23, 2019 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Burial will be at the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery on Monday, June 24, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. with military honors.
