Olive Ruth Boyum

Olive Ruth Boyum age 97 of Crosby died on January 18, 2015 at the Cuyuna Regional Care Center in Crosby. She was born on September 16, 1917 to Ole and Mary Engebretson on a dairy farm near Webster, Wisconsin.
She is survived by 3 children, Roxanne Becker, Boston, MA, Sharon (Joe) Simons, Crosby, and Gary (Linda Anderson) Boyum, Lindale, TX; 3 siblings; Floyd Engebretson, New Richmond, WI, Ruby Radke, Webster, WI, and James Engebretson, Superior, WI; ten grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Lloyd Boyum and a brother, Russell Engebretson.
A Celebration of her life will be held 11:00 am Friday, January 30, 2015 at the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Franklin, MN at the Central Lutheran Church Cemetery at 4 pm.
