Patricia A. "Pat" Lawson

Patricia A. "Pat" Lawson age 85 of Aitkin died on April 27, 2016 at the Cuyuna Regional Care Center in Crosby. She was born April 12, 1931 in Royalton to Miles and Petra (Larson) Borman. She was a member of the Myrin-James American Legion Post #443 of Ironton. Pat graduated from the Royalton High School. She worked at Scorpion and Chun King Wang Laboratories in Administration, Duluth. Pat was a beautiful seamstress. She enjoyed cooking, playing cards, and spending time with friends. Pat is survived by three sons, Thomas (Jeanne) Girtz of Pierz, Stephen Girtz of Crosby and Russell (Julie) Christensen of Aitkin; two daughters, Sharon (Al) Foster of Green Valley, AZ and Julie (Mike) Nesseth of Deerwood; eleven grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren. Preceding Pat in death are her parents, one brother, Alan Borman and one sister, Betty Trib. Funeral services will be 11:00 am on Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby. Burial will be at the Riverside Cemetery in Royalton. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services at the funeral home on Tuesday.
