Patricia Joan (Sipper) Johnson

Patricia Joan (Sipper) Johnson, 91 passed away on September 18, 2021.  Patt was the 5th of 14 children of Steve and Lillian Sipper of Crosby.  Patt lived in Minnesota, but also resided in Colorado and Arizona for much of her life.  She was married to Leonard Johnson for over 62 years and was a mother of 5, grandmother of 5, and great grandmother of 5.  Patt was family oriented, loved to watch tennis and hockey, play cards and games of all kinds and could always be spotted at the card table at social gatherings.

Patt is survived by her daughter, Judy Hammerlund; her sons, Jay Johnson, Jerry (Mariola) Johnson, Jim (Judy) Johnson; and her granddaughters, Heidi (Kenny) Troutman, Amy (Steven) Bozak, and Lauren Johnson: and her grandsons, Andrew Hammerlund, and Ryan Johnson; great grandchildren, Stella Troutman, Wyatt Troutman, Nora Troutman, Patrick Bozak, and Eleanor Bozak; as well as 3 brothers, Buddy (Cindy) Sipper, Ray (Charlene) Sipper, and Jim Sipper; 4 sisters, Lois Hyytinen, Jean (Dick) Morgan, Sandra (Dick) Valentino and Kay Sipper and several nieces and nephews.

Patt was preceded in death by her husband Leonard Johnson and daughter Jean (Johnson) Mudgett.

Patt was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.

Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Monday, September 27, 2021 at the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Crosby.  A visitation will be 2 hours prior to the service at the church.  Burial will be at the Chapel Hills Cemetery in Littleton, CO.  Memorials are being given to the Listen Foundation, 6950 E. Belleview Ave., Greenwood, Co 8011.  Arrangements are with the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby.
