Ramona Verna Karnowski

Ramona Verna Karnowski age 82 of Deerwood died on June 3, 2018 at the Cuyuna Regional Care Center in Crosby.  She was born on July 3, 1935 in Stanley, MN to Carl and Viola (Hanson) Lind.

Ramona is survived by her husband, Malcolm; three daughters and their families, Michele Smith of Prior Lake and Emily and Erica, Kay (Dave) Sponsel of Eagan and Jenna and Allison; Roxann Jackson of Sarasota, FL and Daniel and Matthew; one son and his family, Dan (Marni) Karnowski of Farmington and Hailey; and one sister, Rita (Larry) Helberg of Parrish, FL.

Preceding Ramona in death are her parents; one sister, Jeanne Shepardson; one brother, James Lind and Son-in-law, Jim Jackson.

Funeral services will be 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 9, 2018 at the Salem Lutheran Church in Deerwood.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the services at the church on Saturday. Arrangements are with the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby.  A Special thank you to the Cuyuna Regional Care Center in Crosby for all the wonderful care provided to Ramona.
