Randy Erwin Scott age 60 of Merrifield died on December 16, 2012 at the St. Cloud Hospital. He was born on June 19, 1952 in St. Paul to Frank and Elizabeth (Ellenson) Scott. He married Lori Lea Hecker in Apple Valley on June 8, 1991. Randy was employed with Nardini Fire Equipment in St. Paul. He was a volunteer and Board member at Let's Go Fishing. He was also a volunteer for Team Challenge and was an avid outdoors man. He is survived by his wife Lori; 1 son Jesse (Jessy Allord) Scott of Merrifield; his mother, Liz Waltrip of Meza, AZ; 1 brother, Kevin Scott of Roseville; 1 sister, Pamela (Bob) Hesse of St. Paul; 1 grandson, Leo; Nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and his canine companion Sammi. He is preceded in death by his father. Friends may call on Saturday, December 22, 2012 at the Koop Funeral Home from 12 noon to 3 pm.
