Raymond Hoffstrom age 71 Crosby died on March 13, 2013 at the Cuyuna Regional Medical Center in Crosby. He was born on December 28, 1941 in Minneapolis to Raymond and Louise (Peterson) Hoffstrom. He was a US navy veteran. He married Maryann Bassamore on July 8, 1961 in Minneapolis. Ray retired to the Cuyuna Range in 2005. Survivors include his wife Maryann; 2 sons, Wayne Hoffstrom of Crosby and Larry (Lynn Carlson) Hoffstrom of Winona; 1 daughter, Gina (Rick) Cherny of Tulsa, OK; 1 sister, Susie (Larry) Klocek of Minneapolis; and 3 grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents and 1 brother, Ronnie Hoffstom. Sevices will be 11 am on Tuesday, March 19, 2013 at the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby. Friends may call 1 hour prior to the services on Tuesday.
