Richard Clarence Collignon age 83 of Deerwood died August 20, 2013 at the Cuyuna Regional Care Center in Crosby. He was born on June 3, 1930 in Chicago, ILL to Clarence and Margorie (Zinn) Collignon. He married Phyllis Satre McCluney on December 29, 1973. Dick was a retired employee of the Crow Wing Highway Department. He was a charter member the Crow Wing County Muzzleloaders; a member of the Kinship Partners, Wild Turkey Federation, Immanuel Lutheran Church in Crosby and its Men's Den, Sunday School Teacher, Conference Guide, Youth Group Leader and Via de Cristo; and a Snowmobile Safety Instructor.
Survivors include his wife Phyllis; sons, Chris of N.Y, Tim (Shari) McCluney of Barrett, Mike (Amy) McCluney of Brainerd; sister, Patricia (Wayne) Steiner of Breckinridge, CO; mother-in-law, Ethel Satre of Deerwood; 7 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death are his parents, 2 sons, Ricky and Gary; daughter, Shari; father-in-law, Carl Satre and brother-in-law, Glen Satre.
Funeral services will be 10:30 am on Saturday at the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Crosby. Burial will be at the Lakewood Cemetery in Crosby. Friends may call on Saturday 1 hour prior to the services at the church. Arrangements are with the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby.
