Robert Dale Laughton

Robert Dale Laughton age 44 of Prior Lake died on October 31, 2017 as a result from a motorcycle accident. He was born on April 7, 1973 in Shakopee to David and Jeannette (Haines) Laughton. Bob was a Crosby-Ironton High School graduate, class of 1991. He married Shannon Solberg on June 16, 2012 in St. Paul. Bob was a U.S. Navy veteran. He was employed as an electronic tech at Honeywell Corp in Minneapolis.
Bob is survived by his wife Shannon; one daughter, Lanna Rose Laughton; his father and step-mother, David and Judith Laughton of St. Cloud and his mother, Jeannette McGaughey of Crosby; four brothers, Shawn (Christina) Laughton of Deerwood, Christian (Beckylynn) Beauhler of Brainerd, David Laughton of St. Cloud and Gregory (Shannon)Daniel of St. Cloud; one sister, Darla Strombeck of Spring Lake Park.
A memorial service will be held 1:00 pm on Thursday, November 9, 2017 at the Camp Ripley Chapel in Little Falls. Burial will be at the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery in Little Falls. In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred. Arrangements are with the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby.
