Roberta "Birdie" Johnson

Roberta Jane "Birdie" Johnson age 73 of Garrison died on November 15, 2015 at her home. She was born in Minneapolis on July 26, 1942 to Robert and Genevieve (Wilmont) Crandall. Birdie is a retired owner and operator of The Bird's Nest Bar and Restaurant in Garrison with twenty six and a half years of service.
Survivors include her son, T.J. Auberger of Garrison and one brother, David (Brenda) Crandall of Fulton, TX.
Birdie is preceded in death by her parents and 1 daughter, Terri Lynn Rittennour.
Memorial services will be 1:00 pm on Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at Light of the Cross Lutheran Church in Garrison. Burial will be at the Garrison Community Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 am until the time of services at the church on Tuesday. Memorials are preferred in lieu of flowers. Arrangements are with the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby.
