Roy Robin "Rob" Abbott

Roy “Rob” Abbott, age 67 of Ironton passed away on January 15, 2025

at Carefree Living in Brainerd.  He was born in Crosby on March 11, 1957 to Roy and Vivian Abbott.

Rob is survived by his wife, Kristi Abbott; his son, Justin (Kelsie) Abbott; his daughter, Trisha Abbott; and his grandchildren, Dylan, Alyssa, Braydon and Elyjah Abbott; and two sisters,

Penny (Louie) Valiquet and Jane “Bubbles” Manske.

Preceding Rob in death are his parents; and sister LaVonne McCalvy.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at the Myrin-James American Legion Post in Ironton from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.  Military honors will be presented at 3:30 p.m. Arrangements are with the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby.
