Shayne Deon Pankratz

Shayne Deon Pankratz, age 52 of Brainerd died on November 4, 2023 at his home.  He was born in Mountain Lake, Minnesota on January 5, 1971 to LaVerne and Bryce (Gilbaugh) Pankratz. He was the owner and operator of Pankratz Trucking and Excavating in Crosby.

Shayne is survived by his wife, Trista; two sons, Jared (Juanita Formo) Pankratz of Ironton and Wyatt (Jessica Arneson) Pankratz of Aberdeen, SD; two daughters, Kimberly (Chris) Hinsz of Crosby and Vivian Flannigan of Brainerd; his mother, Bryce Pankratz of Crosby; one sister, Kayla (Scott) Johnson of Otsego; niece, Tegan Johnson and nephew, Tanner Johnson; and five grandchildren.

Preceding Shayne in death are his father, LaVerne Pankratz and brother-in-law, Michael Flannigan.

A Memorial Gathering will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. with a Prayer Service at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 18, 2023 at the Myrin- James American Legion Post in Ironton. Arrangements are with the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby.
