Sheila Elizabeth Dotzler

Sheila Elizabeth Dotzler age 78 of Irondale Township died on March 4, 2015 at the Cuyuna Regional Care Center in Crosby. She was born on May 28, 1936 in Aitkin to Ervin and Melissa (Taylor) Hammond. She married James Dotzler in Aitkin on April 18, 1953. Sheila was a former cook for Myr-Mar Lodge in Garrison, Cedarbrook Manor in Deerwood and the North Country Cafe in Crosby. She was also a former housekeeper for Rutgers Bay Lake Lodge.
Sheila is survived by her husband, James; 1 son, David (Deb) Dotzler of Ironton; 2 daughters, Lois (Mike) Pratt of St. Cloud and Pamela (Kevin) Conner of Aitkin; six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Preceding her in death are her parents; 2 sons, Roger and infant David Anthony; 5 brothers, Roger, Bonnard, Bruce, David and Leland Hammond; 7 sisters, Marjorie Rainy, Blythe Courier, Mary Mishler, Dorrance Stanley, Arlene Hammond, Vivian Kuehl and Charlotte Pettit.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 13, 2015 at the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby from 4 to 7 pm. Burial will be at the Woodland Cemetery in Irondale Township.
