Shirley Marie Lasher

Shirley Marie Lasher age 90 of Brainerd died on May 12, 2016 at the Harmony House in Brainerd. She was born on July 17, 1925 in Garrison to Thomas and Marie (Hanson) Scott. Together with her husband Kenneth, Shirley owned and operated the Pure Gas Station in Garrison and the Garrison Wholesale Bait. She was a former employee of Tutts Bait and Tackle in Garrison.
Shirley is survived by one son, Raymond (Carol) Lasher of Garrison; two daughters, Diana (Hilton) Townsend of Pendleton, OR and Joan (Orrin) Tutt of Garrison; nine grandchildren, twenty-eight great grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
Preceding Shirley in death are her parents; husband, Kenneth and one brother, Sheridan Scott.
Funeral services will be 11:00 am on Thursday, May 19, 2016 at the Community Alliance Church in Garrison. Burial will be at the Garrison Community Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services at the church on Thursday. Arrangements are with the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby.
