Susann Marie Olson

Susann Marie Olson age 59 of Crosby died on August 30, 2016 at the Cuyuna Regional Care Center in Crosby. She was born on August 7, 1957 in St. Cloud to Lawrence and Ethel (Abfalter) Riley.
Sue operated East Gate Mobile Home Park in Brainerd for 12 years and was an employee of the Cuyuna Regional Medical Center in Crosby with 10 years of service. Sue made many friends while she was employed at CRMC. She had a love for animals and loved to travel. She showed her horses during the 1980's and 1990's. She attended many horse shows in the upper Midwest and AQHA shows, including the World Show in Tulsa, Ok and Quarter Horse Congress in Columbus, OH.
Sue is survived by her companion, Ray Montzka; special nephew, Darell (Sandy) Roehrich; close friend and travelling companion, Wendy Mull; one brother, Larry; long-time friends, Jodie French, Virginia Peterson and Donna Svoboda; and several nieces and nephews. Preceding Sue in death are her parents; an infant daughter, Mona; her husband, Scott Olson and a sister, Kathleen.
A Prayer Service will be held on at 2:00 pm, Saturday, September 10, 2016 at the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby. A visitation will be from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm. Burial will be held a later date.
