Theodore "Ted" Kottke

Theodore H. "Ted" Kottke, after a courageous battle with cancer Ted has gone to heaven on January 24, 2014 at the age of 49. He was born to Dean F. and Thea R. Kottke on March 24, 1964.
Ted leave behind Mary, his loving wife of 22 years and his special little girl Daisy Mae, his yellow lab. He is also survived by 1 brother, Dean "Gary" (Jill) Kottke of St. Paul; aunt and uncle, Georgann and Denny Kilbane; cousin, Craig (Susan) Kilbane; sisters-in-law; Kathy Hartfiel, Penny (Duane) Houck; Pam (Bill) VanSickle, Sue Hartfiel, Ruth (John) Swan, Char (Mark) Mayry; nieces and nephews, Kyle Kottke, Jessica Hartfiel, Heather (Jeff) Crego, Matt (Chrissy) Houck, Rachel (Mark) Gammon, Ashley (Shalonda) Williams, Nathan Houck, Kris and Samantha VanSickle, Melissa (Joe) Kester, Nikki (Cory) Kraemer, Brianne and John Theisen, Maddi (Gary) Meyer and David Mayry; Great nieces and nephews and many very special friends.
Preceding him in death are his parents, his grandparents; brother-in-law, James Hartfiel; nephew, Arthur Adam VanSickle and his mother and father-in-law.
Funeral services will be 1 pm on Friday, January 31, 2014 at the Wesleyan Church in Emily. Burial will be at the Pine Ridge Cemetery in Emily. Visitation will be on Thursday at the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby from 4 to 8 pm and 1 hour prior to the services at the church on Friday. A Celebration of his life will at the Wolfhound Bar and Grill in Fairfield Township on Friday at 6 pm.
