Theodore David "Ted" Alford, age 74 of Baxter died on May 10, 2023 at Essential St. Mary's Hospital in Duluth. He was born in St. Cloud on November 16, 1948 to Favian and Elvira Alvord.
A Celebration of Ted will be held on August 26, 2023 at the Loren Thompson Park (13015 Kingwood Drive S. Baxter, MN 56425) from 2:00 p.m to 8:00 p.m.
