Virginia Katherine Danzl

Virginia Katherine Danzl age 86 of Baxter formerly of Garrison died on May 16, 2017. She was born in Bluffton Township to Meinrad and Josephine (Geiser) Nesges on September 19, 1930.
Virginia is survived by one son, Terry (Jo) Nolan of Minneapolis; five daughters, Shelley Schmaltz of San Jose, CA, Kathy (Jeff) Kollmann of St. Cloud, Sherry (Marvin) Schmaltz of Brainerd, Deanna (Steve) Christenson of Brainerd and Debby (Scott) King of Wales, WI; twelve grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
Preceding Virginia in death are her parents; 1st husband, Robert Nolan; 2nd husband, Ronald Danzl; one son, Mark Danzl; two daughters, Victoria Nolan and Cindy Gapinski; two brothers, Art and Tony Nesges; and two sisters, Margaret Hundley and Genevieve Harlow.
A Prayer Service will be at 7:30 pm on Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at Edgewood Senior Living in Baxter (14211 Firewood Drive). Visitation will be from 6:30 pm until 8:00 pm at Edgewood. Arrangements are with the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby.
