Wayne Eugene Andrews age 78 of Crosby died on July 20, 2015 at the Cuyuna Regional Medical Center in Crosby. He was born on June 14, 1937 in Crosby to Earl and Sigrid (Newman) Andrews. Wayne married Emmy Marsh on February 2, 1957 in Crosby. He was a retired Human Service Technician at the Brainerd Regional Human Service Center with 25 years of service. Wayne was a member of the Deerwood Baptist Church.
Wayne is survived by his wife Emmy; 2 sons, David Andrews of Mission Viejo, CA and Darren Andrews of Crosby; 2 daughters, Debra (Dave) Dotzler of Ironton and Dawn (Ralph) Mykkanen of Baxter; 2 brothers, Roger (Jeanette) Andrews and Ronald (Carol) Andrews all of Brooklyn Park; 1 sister, Linda West of Flint, MI; fourteen grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
Preceding him in death are his parents; 4 brothers, Vernon, Charles, William and Tim Andrews and 1 sister, Lois Wunderlich.
Funeral services will be 1:00 pm on Saturday, July 25, 2015 at the Deerwood Baptist Church in Deerwood. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to the services at the church on Saturday. Arrangements are with the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby.
