Carrol P. Wynn loving son, husband, father and grandfather, age 91 of Deerwood, died at his home on October 25, 2023. He was born in Little Pine Township on June 24, 1932 to Milo and Mae (Rex) Wynn.
Carrol worked as a School Bus Driver for Wesley Miltz, Logging Camp in Isabella, Hanna Mining Company, Don Stealy Auto Repair, Nelson Trucking, King Trucking for the Aitkin Turkey Plant, Chuck’s Repair, Crow Wing County as a janitor in the court house and Wolford Township.
Carrol is survived by his children, Keith and Cheryl Wynn, Kim Wynn, Brian Wynn, Dorathea Rosier, Gary Wynn, Debra Rosier, Laurie Hallin and Lanet and (Dean Hines) Wynn; daughter-in-law, Debra Wynn; 18 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren and 16 great-great grandchildren.
Preceding Carrol in death are his parents; his wife, Marlys (Miltz); his son, Kevin; two brothers, Emerald “Jack” and Dennis; two sisters, Donna Mason and Bertha Erickson; son-in-law, Kelly Rosier; two daughters-in-law, Susan Wynn and Debra Wynn; grandson, Troy Sabyan; two great grandchildren, Gregory Lovelace and Maliah Haines.
Carrol will be remembered for his pick-ass ways and love for his babies.
A Memorial Gathering will be held on Friday, November 3, 2023 at the Koop Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Burial will be at the Lakewood Cemetery in Crosby at 1:30 p.m.
