Clarence William “Jack” Hack, age 78 of Deerwood died at his home on May 15, 2022. He was born on September 7, 1943 in Johnstown, PA to Clarence and Catherine (Green) Hack. Jack married Janyces “Janny” Gross on April 27, 1968 in Woodbridge, VA. He was a retired employee of IBM with 44 years of service. He was a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church of Iron Hub.
Jack is survived by his wife Janny; two daughters, Kristin (Shawn) Brennan of Shakopee and Kimberly (Kyle) Turner of Broomfield, CO; his mother, Catherine Green Hack of Johnstown, PA;
one sister, Karen (Harry) Bennett of Johnstown, PA; four grandchildren, Kaylin and Kelley Brennan and Quinlin and Juliana Turner.
Preceding Jack in death are his father and one sister, Doris Poad.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, May 20, 2022 at the Immanuel Lutheran Church of Iron Hub. Burial will be at the Immanuel Lutheran Church Cemetery. A visitation will be at the Koop Funeral Home on Thursday from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and on Friday one hour prior to the service at the church. If desired memorial are preferred to the Immanuel Lutheran Church of Iron Hub.
