Marian F. (Crosby) Frahm

Marian Frances (Crosby) Frahm, age 88 of Breezy Point passed away June 7, 2021.  She was born July 22, 1932 in Long Prairie, MN to James William and Annie (Kestner) Crosby.  She grew up on a farm west of Randall, MN.  She then moved to Luverne, MN where she married Fred Frahm Jr. in 1951 and together they had six children. Fred died in 1970.

In 1979, Marian moved to Breezy Point, MN where she and Bud Reynolds made their home together.  She worked in health care and was involved in the Americorp for Seniors Program, where she spent many hours volunteering as a caregiver.  She took great pride in being able to work into her eighties. Marian was a member of The Journey Church in Nisswa, MN.

Marian will be remembered for her love of family, friends and great sense of humor.  

Marian is survived by her children; Susan Frahm, Sallie (Chris) Frahm-Smith, Sharon (Paul) Frahm-Schmuck and John Frahm; her grandchildren, Cole Norton, Carmen Norton Pullido, Natalie (Jake) Jirak, Teighlor Schmuck, Lucas and William Smith and Chad (Mayumi) Heyen and Craig Heyen; great grandchildren, Nia, Nealy, Norvin, Jase and Sadie; her brother, Bing (Pat) Crosby and many nieces and nephews.

Preceding Marian in death are her husband, Fred Frahm Jr., Bud Reynolds; daughter, Sandra Frahm; son, James Frahm; son-in-law, Neal Norton; sister, Joyce (Hank) Bartylla and brothers, Irvin and Calvin Crosby.

A Memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 19, 2021 at the Journey Church in Nisswa, MN. A visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. until the time of the service on Saturday.  Interment will be in Luverne, MN at a later date.
