Thomas “Tuck” Ringhand, age 80 of Deerwood died at his home on March 1, 2021. He was born on August 22, 1940 in Crosby to Albert and Alice (Magee) Ringhand. Tuck married Karen Braff on January 11, 1964 in Crosby. He was a barber for 57 years, 2 years in Minneapolis, 8 years in Ely and 47 years in Crosby.
Tuck is survived by his wife, Karen; son, Thomas (Tammy) Ringhand Jr.; daughter, Julie (Brian) Johnson of Chisago City; and twelve grandchildren.
Preceding Tuck in death are his parents; grandson, Thomas Ringhand III; two brothers, Byron and Ron Ringhand; four sisters, Patty Westman, Ann Ravnik, Alberta Eichmann and Naomi Libby.
A Memorial Mass will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 9, 2021 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Crosby. A visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church on Tuesday. Burial will be at the Scandia Cemetery in Deerwood. Arrangements are with the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby.
